Tomas Lindquist Olsen 1165edee29 One more update of Tango Rebuild profile. 
Made the inp/outp intrinsics throw exceptions instead of doing nothing silently.

Tomas Lindquist Olsen 07cfb67178 Removed tango from the repository and instead added a runtime dir with the files needed to patch and build tango from svn. 
Reworked the LLVMDC specific pragmas.
