Disable invariants for the gc. Makes collections not take ages again.
'Fixes' associative_array_19 by reducing runtime from a minute to a second.

Removed tango from the repository and instead added a runtime dir with the files needed to patch and build tango from svn.
Reworked the LLVMDC specific pragmas.
