<p>Vectors have <code>O(1)</code> indexing, amortized <code>O(1)</code> push (to the end) and
<code>O(1)</code> pop (from the end).</p>
<p>Vectors ensure they never allocate more than <code>isize::MAX</code> bytes.</p>
