Import unmodified NetBSD libc in trunk
This patch imports the unmodified current version of NetBSD libc. The NetBSD includes are in /nbsd_include, while the libc code itself is split between lib/nbsd_libc and common/lib/libc.

.Sh DESCRIPTION
The string
functions manipulate strings terminated by a
nul byte.
.Pp
See the specific manual pages for more information.
For manipulating variable length generic objects as byte
strings (without the nul byte check), see
.Xr bstring 3 .
.Pp
Except as noted in their specific manual pages,
the string functions do not test the destination
for size limitations.
