ExtUtils::MakeMaker::CPANfile loads cpanfile in your distribution and

modifies parameters for WriteMakefile in your Makefile.PL. Just use it
|
|
instead of ExtUtils::MakeMaker (which should be loaded internally),
|
|
and prepare cpanfile.
