Upgrade to build on MacOS X 10.14

Clone git@github.com:siegel/LanguageModuleSDK.git to
 ~/Projects/BBEdit/LanguageModuleSDK

Then a simple make.

If you do not clone in the above path, you will need to update the
project settings using Xcode, so that `User Header Search Path` points
to the correct folder.
