Himanshu Chauhan c7bc5cf396 Change related to upstream merge. 
* STAND_ALONE conditional compilation is removed.
* Previous interim commits are squashed.
* printk.h is included from atomport.h
* atom-types.h and atommport-types.h have been removed.
