A lot of hassles on standard c library, mock-up libc, and libposix
headers taken from uClibc clashing has been worked around.

Next:
 - Linker scripts need fixing and adjusting.
 - Bootdesc needs to be generated.
 - Per-container compilation scripts need connecting.
