Serge Vakulenko 94c02410e4 Kconfig: rename machine to architecture, ident to board.
Make timezone and maxusers parameters optional.

Enable kernel options UCB_METER, EXEC_AOUT, EXEC_ELF and EXEC_SCRIPT
by default.
