Lionel Sambuc 9d3fcac4cd Some more NDEBUG fixes

- replace a stray assert(0) with abort()
 - remove unrequired copy-pasted #undef NDEBUG
 - replace some #if NDEBUG by #if DEBUG as they protect debug printf()s.
