bbba8d6f95 Remove all hardcoded make commands, changing them to ${MAKE}.

6a2230d867 Fixed couple of issues in assembler: 
(1) incorrect opcodes for bnez and beqz instructions;
(2) macro li simplified when low part of constant is zero.
