Himanshu Chauhan f7dde300d4 Change related to upstream merge. 
* STAND_ALONE conditional compilation is removed.
* Previous interim commits are squashed.
* printk.h is included from atomport.h
* atom-types.h and atommport-types.h have been removed.

Himanshu Chauhan 8688d0eee0 Half way debug code of context switching. 
Main thread comes up but the secondary threads doesn't
get scheduled.
